Step 1: Firstly, take all these ingredients, wash them properly and then keep them aside. 

Step 2: After cleaning all the ingredients, start with extracting fresh juice from the onion bulbs and aloe vera leaves. Blend both the ingredients separately. Use a fine blade blender when extracting the juice. Try not to spill it.  

Step 3: Once you have extracted the juices from the aloe vera leaves and onion bulbs, it’s time for you to grind the Shatavari roots and leaves to create the “Kalka” or the paste. 

Step 4: Now that you have finished all the grinding and extracting, pour some coconut oil [the base oil], into a big boiler and light it up. 

Step 5: Moreover, when oil becomes warm, you have to add all the remaining ingredients into the boiler. Stir for a couple of minutes then add the juices and pastes you made earlier.

Step 6: Finally, boil the mixture properly while occasionally stirring to prevent the formation of lumps.  

Step 7: Once it’s done, you have to filter the mixture so that you get rid of all the plant pulp. Make sure to cool down the mixture at room temperature. Use a fine stainless steel strainer or a cotton washcloth to strain the liquid. Pour the Murivenna taila into a glass bottle and store it in a dry and cool place.
